I take all 3 of my vehicles there but mostly my Mercedes (I will never own another Mercedes again). I have been going there for several years now. Charles is always upfront and honest with me and works to get me the most affordable options for my vehicle issues. I feel that Charles has at times gone above and beyond to help me and my family out when our cars let us down. I move around a lot in my life and there is always an adjustment period when I have to find the right shop. After some bad experiences at a couple of other shops in the area I am happy to have found this place.

While visiting the big mouse , our car was having issues.

On a Sunday , we were calling and calling until we had a answer from Charles

He had our car brought in that night by our tow company

Monday we were on the phone and he had given us a awesome price.

I took my ford focus into all transmision world on 192 and had my car checked for a transmission leak. The manager informed me that my cooling line was leaking. And recomended rrplacing the line with a cooling line from ford. 2 hrs later i was back on the road i will go back there for other services. Thank you for getting me in and out.
